Our Services
Over the last ten years Math has moved away from teaching Math through a series of procedures to teaching Math that is conceptual; meaning Math skills are applied to real world situations. In addition, with the help of strategic tools, focus on accuracy, modeling mathematics with drawing as well as developing the student's ability to conjecture with productive Math Talk. This method is much different than how math was taught 10 to 15 years ago where it was a series of steps to get an answer which resulted in a focus for student and teachers alike to get the answer. Today, education is student-centered, whereas in the past, it was teacher-centered.
In the 21st century, changes in the structure of education, the classroom format, and the needs of students and parents have been altered mainly due to COVID-19. It immediately became imperative to reassess how teachers are teaching virtually, and especially how students are able to virtually learn and retain their knowledge.
The services provided by Ynot Teach have been strategically designed to support the present state of education.
